diamond ring appraisals

Diamond … it is better HRD or GIA?
I have heard that human resources is certified as having improved since they have more experts see the ring, but everyone seems to know and deal with GIA … There is a big difference in their valuation?
Never heard of resources humans before. GIA and AGS are the two major grading laboratories. AGS is a little more strict in its classification, but GIA is more well known.
