Custom made diamond ring?

I am interested in getting a diamond ring dress (also known as pink ring) for special occasions. Unfortunately, most of the designs I have seen do not really appeal to me. Does anyone know of a trusted online jeweler is going to create a ring for me if I am offered the design? Besides, what kind of price Do you think I would pay for a ring with about 20 smaller stones with a center stone of 0.25 carat (I'm looking at G / H color with clarity vvs1/vvs2)?
