Where is the best place to get a fair resale value for your jewelry / old engagement ring?

Is there a place in jewelry Orange County California that gives close to the appraised value or at least an offer of fair value on the sale of an ex-type engagement ring? Any ideas for point me in the right direction? Thanks ~

Usually the larger cities (If you live near one) have diamond jewelry or bags or districts. As a kind of jewelry "mall" You can go from store to store to do that make you an offer of what it's worth if you are selling your jewelry. Request a review can cost a small fee. Please do not go to pawn shops.
