I started my new job a month ago and even get overwhelmed some days like today, I like pretty well.

I never thought in my head so attractive all before, but lately it has become pretty to me. I think the fact that this authority has made it more appealing to me. Two weeks ago I said that out of the blue i look good in what was on that day. Reavealing nothing at all, just jeans and a red top, and he told me how good he looked in that color. I took by surprise, but also liked. I think it's partly because I'm not used to getting compliments from men. Then this week told me how good it seemed to be glasses. He is not shy about saying these things in front of others. I could develop a crush on him, but needs to find a way to hide it at work. He is 8 years older than me and I know he has a son who was adopted. I dont think hes married because today I found myself looking to see if he had a wedding ring and it did. He could be married, but just do not use the ring, if so than doing nothing at all. How can I tell if hes flirting in just being nice?

Hello! I think the only advice you can take (while being sure not to offend anyone …) is expected. You can return the congratulations to him, but not going too above, because he wants to get things in hand, especially since he is your boss. Maintain leave to congratulate you, and do the same. But until that occurs the first step, do not start to ask him out for drinks yet. Good luck!
