Why keep drinking ?…?

My husband is an alcoholic who left him a month before I gave birth to our baby, who was there come to see this world and I thought you would change, yes, but only for the moment … did not stop drinking again and again until it drains our bank account, then engaged our wedding rings have cash advance loan … now you lost your job because you have not already come and had given him many opportunities. Now the house we have is soon lost and the car he had bought. I'm lucky to have my parents help me and I thank the Lord every day for them. From the family of my husband and I have been trying to call him and he hasn't picked it isn't unusual because it does constantly. I do not understand why more has to happen in order to realize that he has a serious drinking problem and no longer can control. His family has gone through his house and hes not there. Why not admit that he has got everything and look or help?

He's an alcoholic, that's why. He does not want to quit smoking. The only person who can take you to quit smoking is himself. There is nothing in this world that you or your family can do that will make you stop drinking … he has to do it on their own. I suggest you visit Al-Anon and can lower the divorce, not because is going to stop, he does not think he has a problem
