Could you put a diamond in my engagement ring set someday?

I have my eye on a Tacori engagement ring setting, but I'm trying to keep to a budget, so that means I would have to go for a smaller diamond to enter setup. If I wanted, I would change the center stone of a larger diamond when funds were available in the future? Is it possible to do this with engagement rings or can not be adjusted to accommodate greater diamond once it has set? I do not want to buy my dream ring setting, but have to settle for the rest of my life in a diamond that is perfect for that. Ricky: Not sure if you misunderstood my question, but have not yet been given an engagement ring for the future, but my boyfriend and I have decided to get my dream ring together … but anyway … that had nothing to do with my questions or mind your own business!

Actually, I've heard of this being done before of. I think you should ask different jewelers around before buying your engagement ring for you to know if you can update. The design of my game that would a little difficult, but perhaps yours does. It should not be a problem, you might want to know how the prices of a new diamond and how much you charge to the jeweler reconfigure the ring. Actually, I was under the impression that the diamond exchange / updates can be seen as doing a great anniversary gift.
