Valentine's Day gift for my husband …?

I'd like to do something special for my husband without spending much money. Perhaps some of our daughter two years.'s in hockey, but has so many things related to hockey and leave most of it costs money both. He does not wear jewelry, except for his ring wedding, and not use cologne. He is also more or less a shirt and jeans kind of person as a draw or something nice that is out. Do not eat sweets. To Christmas I got her a shirt with him and our daughter's picture on it. I'm looking to spend $ 20 or less. Ideas? I think I should add that can not cook and really not have here, and good restaurants Applebee's. I like to go to dinner, but I really do not consider a gift.
