plz help anyone in the Navy?

im currently in the army, but if you been thinking about trying to enter the Navy. Heres my problem. I have a lot of tattoos. 2 in the right forearm, 3 three on the other forearm, my hand left me with the numbers 2 and 11, connected between the forefinger and thumb also my left hand that has the number 5-13 – 8 in the knuckles and a wedding ring tattooed on my ring finger. I had two sessions of tattoo removal at 211, 5, 13, and 8 and missed a bit, but I left my ring tattoo. I also have a tattoo of a Reeper so sad in my heart, but comes from an inch above my collarbone (which is not visible when in a tight shirt or my dress uniform. None of these tattoos are gang related, racist or offensive, can I still join Navy, Will I need a waiver? plz help my hand can cover each individual tattoo. none of them is connected

I have tattoos. I have known many sailors who had tattoos. Relax, do not build a wall if you need a wall. Just talk to a recruiter.:)
