Probably not a good idea to introduce solids into a golden program to improve type and bone. This can cause the same problems as you do in a program of silver and more problems. The issues are:
 • It muddies the coat color
 • Spoils the eye color
 • Causes more tabby markings in a color that has not removed these brands
Silvers were kept before 1900. The goldens were not seriously bred until 1960.
Color is more important in cats with shadow or edge. The pale blue color of years ago has virtually disappeared in the blue Persian. The smoke is not a smokescreen without the dramatic color-on-top and white under coat. Silver and goldens must have the proper inclination and black mascara and nose with adequate margins and distinctive and eye color.
A significant difference between silver Chinchilla and shaded silver existed simultaneously. Today, some of the dish is called "not / Nors. "They are not silver or silver shaded chinchilla. There are many more registered as silver shadow as the chinchilla. There is seldom a shaded silver with a bow enough for its beautiful dark coat. Often, now, if silver is not snow white, or has a bit too shady in the body, Persian is registered as a silver shading, although not enough to be really shady slope. Until recently, you could tell the difference between silver chinchilla and silver shaded all room. This is not the case today.
The eye color of silver and goldens has always been important. The norm in the eye color of silver and goldens specific. The rule is:
 • green or blue-green (color of your eyes to disqualify incorrect, that is copper, yellow, gold, amber or any other color green or blue-green
This eye color standard is often difficult for farmers to obtain gold and silver. A silver or gold-colored eyes may still be wrong be useful in a breeding program, but not in the show ring.
Silvers are variations in pitch and a white coat with black tank – a shade of white and one shade of black.
The gold standard is:
 • The inner layer should be cream and black tipping
A cream-colored cat with black tank and green eyes is not a true gold. The guard hair coat is checked. Each hair is banded yellow and brown rust dark or black. Goldens and chinchillas are also characteristic of having:
 • Tabby M on the forehead, dark spines and dark tail tips
 • It is rare to have two goldens of the same hue in the same litter
 • The coat color can change until the Persian cat is five years older age or even
 • Some goldens born with rich colors
 • Some take two to three years to develop a rich color
 • The coat color may change with the seasons in gray, muddy at certain times of the years
There are very few goldens shown because it is so difficult to get all the right things to the rule. In addition, many Goldens have been properly recorded and displayed in the wrong kind of color. For example, an apricot gold is shown as a chinchilla only for its gold-colored, not by turning the appropriate amount. A darker color of gold was more likely to be shown as a shade of gold just because it was night and less attention to the amount of deposit. Color Class has been defined by the deposit amount and not the color of the layer in Goldens and silver.
Many beautiful and competitive silver occurred in the 1950s, 60s and 70s. The 1970s brought the black with a different look and the shorter the nose than some other colors. The silver was as good or better than whites shown at this time. The breeders of silver of the 70 were selective breeding to improve and configure type. It is unfortunate that this more limited selective breeding gene pool is already small.
