Can anyone tell me an approximate value of my diamond ring and yellow gold?

I have a certificate that says a band is 1 carat diamond (5 round diamonds) SI – HI mounted on 14k yellow gold. Not sure what all that means, but that's what's written on my certificate. I bought it in 1996. Thank you very much.
